By implementing the IPR Prague project, the City of Prague provides professional spatial planning services, which consist in the establishment and setting up of the activities of the Soutok Suburban Park as a management tool for the administration of an administratively and property-fragmented area. It is a pilot project, which is based on a common definition of the values of the territory, and in which the principles of development and nature protection are determined by social agreement of local players.
