The City of Prague joined the international project DELIVER on the basis of the Memorandum approved by  RHMP Resolution No. 2831 of 16 December 2019.

The DELIVER project (DEVelope resilient, low-carbon and more LIVablE urban Residential area) is funded by the European Commission, the financial instrument for the environment of the LIFE Program, programming period 2014-2020, established by Regulation (EC) No. 1293/ 2013 of 11 December 2013 establishing the Environment and Climate Program (LIFE) and repealing Regulation (EC) No 614/2007, from the sub-program “Climate Protection”, under the LIFE17 project CCA / SK / 000126 – LIFE DELIVER.

Under this memorandum, the city promised to cooperate in order to create and test a unique CRELOCAF (Climate Resilient Low Carbon Factor) tool for monitoring, evaluation, management and presentation of information on adaptation and mitigation activities of the participating cities.

The project aims to create and test a tool called “KLIMSKEN”, which will allow a comprehensive assessment of the city, urban areas and buildings in terms of climate change and implemented adaptations and mitigations. Currently, data are being collected for 2018, which the project team has identified as the starting point to which the impacts of adaptation and mitigation will begin in the capital. the city of Prague in the future.
